Park Rules

  1. All participants must have a notorized waiver or have one signed in front of a skatepark employee.
  2. The Skatepark Staff is in complete charge at all times.
  3. All participants are in the park at their own risk.
  4. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
  5. Children 7 and under are not permitted in the skatepark unless they can prove that they are an experienced rider, or during specified times and activities.
  6. Participants must were a helmet at all times.  Pads are strongly suggested.
  7. Drugs, alcohol, and smoking are prohibited.
  8. Profanity and fighting is prohibited.
  9. No food is allowed on or around the ramps.
  10. Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas.
  11. No Littering.
  12. All participants must enter and exit through the designated areas.
  13. NO SCOOTERS, RECREATIONAL ROLLERBLADES, ROLLERSKATES, MOUNTAIN BIKES OR MULTI-GEAR BICYCLES.
  14. No standing, sitting, or hanging out on the ramps or obstacles.
  15. No waxing of anything.
  16. No one is allowed in the park unless an attendant is on duty.
  17. Any violation of these rules can and will result in being evicted from the park.
